Course Information

Course Objectivs

1 - The student should develop a general perspective on organizational behavior;
2 - The student, from the definition of CO Organizational Behavior must identify the origin of the concept as well as the evolution that it has suffered over time;
3 - The student will be familiar with the tools available to analyze and evaluate the organizational context, including the organizational culture and the impact of technology;
4 - The student should be able to identify the most relevant topics and to envelop organizations and individuals, both in a national context and in an international context;
5 - The student should be able to identify the main themes and concepts associated with the groups and their interconnection with the organizations;
6 - The student will be familiar with the subjects related to the formal organizational structures and also with those that have a predominantly informal nature;

Evaluation Criteria

Company is made in the periodic evaluation system, which involves the realization of two frequencies (multiple choice system). Each frequency has a weight of 50% in the calculation of the final grade. Students with a final grade of 9.5 or higher will be approved.
1st written test (without consultation) 50%
 2nd written test (without consultation) 50% - (All subjects taught in classes up to that date)
Any of the frequencies can be recovered at appeal time, although at most one.
In both frequencies the criterion of minimum grade (8 values) is applicable.
Access to the complete season is forbidden to students who have been excluded or missed the two moments of the evaluation of the normal season or have obtained two marks lower than the minimum grade, with the exception of students who are student workers.
Only student workers can recover 100% of the final mark in the examination of the resource season or in the special season;
Students who submit to grade improvement will be evaluated by the total contents of the program;
In addition to the bibliographic indications contained in this program, all other materials provided by the teachers will be subject to evaluation;
The rounding of the notes to the unit will only take place at the end of the evaluation process;
In the moments of evaluation only scientific calculator will be allowed. More sophisticated claculadoras can be used, exceptionally, as long as the teacher has a possibility to do a "reset" to equipment ?;
During the frequencies and examinations it will not be allowed to use the mobile phone or any other electronic devices for calculation purposes;
