Course Information

Course Objectivs

1 The main objective of the course is to prepare the student to analyze and project digital systems that can, separately or integrated with other parts, respond to engineering necessities.

2 Provide the students the capacity to analyze and project combinational circuits.

3 Provide the students the capacity to analyze and project sequencial circuits.

Evaluation Model: B
Evaluation Methodology: Mid-term exams are intended to assess the two main parts of the course. Laboratory work: assessed through papers and short discussion during class. Allow the student to develop project, writing, results presentation, information sorting, oral communication and team work skills. Two of the practical works have characteristics of small projects, they allow the students to develop autonomous work in the presence of a real world problem. Students must deliver a report and stand up for the solution they propose.
