Course Information

Course Objectivs

This course covers Level B2.1 - UPPER-INTERMEDIATE Level - (from the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning) and aims at developing reading, speaking, writing and listening skills in first-year undergraduates and to promote their confidence and fluency in the use of both written and spoken English. 

Evaluation Criteria

Type A Assessment:

- Two Written Exams  (50% + 50%) 

- Resit Exam  (100%)

This English Languagecourse covers Level B2.1 - UPPER-INTERMEDIATE Level - (from the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Learning) -and aims at developing reading, speaking, writing and listening skills in first-year undergraduates and to promote their confidence and fluency in the use of both written and spoken English. A recycling and consolidation of linguistic structures previously studied will be followed by an acquisition of new linguistic structures so that the students' knowledge of the English tongue may be improved.
