Course Information

Course Objectivs

1. To know, dominate and distinguish the concepts of learning, development and performance in the context of physical activity and sport training;

2. To identify and understand the theories and factors that explain motor learning as a performance improvement process;

3. Interpreting the process control and motor learning in theoretical and practical situations in physical activity and sport training.

4. To participate actively and critically in class, demonstrating an ability to understand and apply knowledge.

Evaluation Criteria

1. Oral and visual presentation of the contents with the possibility of students? participation.

2. Students develop further readings on the contents of the program as a way of deepening knowledge.
3. The active participation of the students in the classes (10% of the final grade) is encouraged through the answers to the questions and the application of the knowledge, therefore, a minimum attendance of 75% of the classes is required.
4. The students' evaluation is assessed through one test (50%), requiring a minimum grade of 9.5 points to be approved. If the student is not approved he can go to an appeal examination.
5. Resolution of two worksheets (20% + 20%).
