- Posting of the electoral roll (posted on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus, the Jesuit College and the Social Action Services; published by email and on the General Council's website) – 21 October 2024.
- Complaints about the electoral roll (at the External Secretariat - Colégio dos Jesuítas or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) – until 5pm on 25 October 2024.
- Decision on complaints, rectification, validation and publication of the electoral roll (displayed on the boards of the Penteada Campus, the Jesuit College and the Social Action Services; published by email, and on the General Council's website) – by 30 October 2024.
- Submission of applications (to the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) – by 5pm on 4 November 2024.
- Verification of the eligibility of candidates, checking of irregularities in applications - until 07 November 2024.
- Posting of candidates (on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus, the Jesuit College and the Social Action Services; published by email and on the General Council's website) – 08 November 2024.
- Electoral campaign - from 14 to 21 November 2024.
- Elections - 25 November 2024, from 10:00 to 13:00 at Colégio dos Jesuítas and SASUMa headquarters and from 10:00 to 19:00 at the entrance hall of the University of Madeira – Penteada Campus.
- Posting of the results (on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus, Colégio dos Jesuítas and the Social Action Services; publicised by e-mail and on the General Council's website) – up to 2 days after the election.
