  • Posting of the electoral roll (posted on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and Colégio dos Jesuítas; published by email and on the General Council's website) –  21 October 2024.
  • Complaints about the electoral roll (at the External Secretariat - Colégio dos Jesuítas or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) – until 5pm on 25 October 2024.    
  • Decision on complaints, rectification, validation and publication of the electoral roll (displayed on the boards of the Penteada Campus and the Jesuit College; published by email and on the General Council's website) –  by 30 October 2024.    
  • Delivery of the lists (to the External Secretariat - Colégio dos Jesuítas or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) –  by 5pm on 4 November 2024.
  • Announcement of applications received (posted on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and the Jesuit College; announced by email, and on the General Council's website) –  5th November 2024.
  • Claiming the eligibility of candidates (at the External Secretariat –  Colégio dos Jesuítas or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) –  until 5pm on 6th November 2024.
  • Verification, correction of irregularities and publication of the lists –  until 11 November 2024.  
  • Drawing and display of the lists (displayed on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and Colégio dos Jesuítas; published by email and on the General Council's website) – 12 November 2024.
  • Electoral campaign –  from 14 to 21 November 2024.  
  • Elections –  25 November 2024, from 10:00 to 19:00 in the entrance hall of the University of Madeira –  Penteada Campus.    
  • Posting of the results (on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and Colégio dos Jesuítas; publicised by e-mail and on the General Council's website) –  up to 2 days after the election.
