Call and electoral calendar (posted on the boards of the Pentecost Campus, the Jesuit College and the Social Action Services; disseminated by email and on the General Council webpage) - 16 October 2020;
Display of the electoral roll (displayed on the boards of the Pentecost Campus, the Jesuit College and the Social Action Services; disseminated by email and on the General Council website) - 19 October 2020;
Complaint of the electoral roll (at the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) - until 5pm on 23 October 2020;
Decision on the complaints, rectification, validation and display of the electoral roll (displayed on the boards of the Campus da Penteada, Colégio dos Jesuítas and Social Action Services; disseminated by email, and on the General Council webpage) - until 28 October 2020;
Submission of applications (at the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) - by 17:00 on 02 November 2020;
Verification of eligibility of candidates, correction of irregularities in the applications - until November 5, 2020;
Drawing and posting of the same (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada, Colégio dos Jesuítas and Social Action Services; announced by email and on the General Council webpage) - on November 6, 2020;
Election campaign - from 12 to 19 November 2020;
Electoral Act - November 23, 2020, from 10:00 to 13:00 at Colégio dos Jesuítas and SASUMa headquarters and from 10:00 to 19:00 at the entrance hall of the University of Madeira - Campus da Penteada;
Display of the results (displayed on the boards of the Campus da Penteada, Colégio dos Jesuítas and Serviços de Ação Social; disseminated by e-mail and on the General Council webpage) - until 2 days after the electoral act.
