- Posting of the electoral roll (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada and the Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by email and on the website of the General Council) - 19 October 2020;
- Complaint of the electoral roll (at the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) - until 5pm on 23 October 2020;
- Decision on the complaints, rectification, validation and posting of the electoral roll (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada and the Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by email, and on the General Council webpage) - until 28 October 2020;
- Submission of the lists (at the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) - until 5pm on 02 November 2020;
- Disclosure of the applications received (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada and the Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by email, and on the webpage of the General Council) - November 03, 2020;
- Claim for eligibility of candidates (at the External Secretariat - Jesuit College or by email to secretariado.externo@mail.uma.pt) - until 17:00 on 04 November 2020;
- Verification, correction of irregularities and disclosure of the lists - until November 9, 2016;
- Drawing and posting of the lists (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada and Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by email and on the General Council webpage) - on 10 November 2020;
- Election campaign - from 12 to 19 November 2020;
- Electoral Act - November 23, 2020, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the entrance hall of the University of Madeira - Campus da Penteada;
- Posting of the results (posted on the boards of the Campus da Penteada and Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by email and on the website of the General Council) - until 2 days after the electoral act.
