Equipment and Physical Resources’ Unit

To support events, ensuring its logistics (cleaning, security, preparation, space reorganisation, moving and transportation);
To manage the access control system, parking lots and general-purpose printing centres;
To manage and ensure the maintenance of UMa’s vehicle fleet, the management of drivers’ service and their service/charge imputation;
To boost the production and sale of liquid nitrogen, ensuring its maintenance, operation and management;
To propose measures to ensure work hygiene and safety;
To support the management and usage of spaces, and storage of stocks and residues, including chemical and hospital residue;
To keep information relative to the inventory and registry of University’s patrimony updated, in conjunction with the Directorate of Financial and Patrimonial Services;
To coordinate the services of external providers, such as cleaning and security services;
