Overall objectives:

1 - At the end students should know how to reflect critically on the legal exegesis, on the "Right thinking" and/in contemporary society, should have an overview of the various forms of legal regulation and know how to solve a practical case ­ meaning if making an award.

Syllabus:

1 - Concept of Law. System of sources of law. Rules and legal propositions. Determination of the legal rule. The legal method:  interpretation, integration and application. Legal personality. Legal capacity. Resolution of case studies.

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
After the theoretical presentation made by the Professor, encouraging research, investigation and critical analysis, the student should be able to consult the Law, subsuming the facts of the prediction rule of law and deliver a judgment ­ meaning sentence. Students perform two tests of continuous evaluation (50% of grade) and a follow­up exam (50%). Reassessment period: final exame with waited score of 100%.
