Overall objectives:

1 - Advance the skills in interaction and experience design through practical assignments and studio bas ed crit. The students will end up consolidating and advancing their skills in interaction and experience design, to be used in the design of products and services which make use of technology and interactive features and interfaces.

Syllabus:

1 - The content of the course is based on four main project based briefs where students design interactive experiences and solutions to the assigned context and situation. Each brief will tackle a different setting and set of needs fro the users and may vary year to year in order to keep the briefs updated.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
The evaluations are made on the basis of each project based on the assigned brief. The students will be evaluated during the development and at the end of each assignment on the basis of their initial research, ideation, prototyping and presentation skills. The grades will be based on their initial research (25%), the creative concepts(25%), the prototyping and evaluation of each one of the 4 assigned briefs (50%).
