Overall objectives:

1 - Contribute to the future civil engineers training in construction coordination, inspection, and construction management. Enunciate, interpret and solve engineering problems in order to practise as a civil engineer with analytical capacity, critical thinking and innovative sense. Search and review information needed to support solutions in a civil engineering practise context. Contact with the construction field for the preparation of contracts, cost estimations, and construction site and equipment definition.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
Oral and written presentation of the course syllabus. Application of practical examples to facilitate understanding the theory. Test (minimum classification: 8.00) that covers various topics of the course, with 50% weight in the final evaluation. with the objective of evaluating theoretical knowledge and problem solving capacity. Practical work focusing the subjects taught, with 50% weight in the final evaluation, and study visits.
