Overall objectives:

1 - Integrate HRM in the context of the organization's business, as well as in the social, political and economic context in which the organization intervenes;
2 - Identify and adapt the new leadership styles to the reality of current organizations;
3 - Recognize the concept of Emotional Intelligence and its role in the management and development of high performance teams;
4 - Develop a culture oriented to the development and motivation of the team through Formation, Training and Performance Evaluation.
5 - Understand and act as a partner who knows how to add value by aligning Human Resource Management practices with the strategic needs of the business.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Evaluation Methodology:
B-Learning: Availability of didactic material through computational tools associated with the course and available to students: written documents, oral and visualinformation. Guided Study: Monitoring, when requested, the application of theoretical and practical knowledge, research and collection of relevant information for development ofcritical and autonomous study. Self work: The student is responsible for his learning process, obtaining or strengthening the autonomous habits of consulting the library and other virtual sources. Periodic evaluation: 3 works with a weight of 30%, 30% and 40% each The student will only be approved if he / she obtains a grade equal to or higher than 9.5 in the periodic evaluation. Otherwise, it will be evaluated by exam. Exam: Exam - written evaluation (70%); Presentation of a scientific article (30%) The grade improvement requires the subsequent evaluation of the two evaluation components, applying the weighting used at the time of the exam.
