Overall objectives:

1 - To know and interpret the legal framework of HST; Legal regime for the promotion of safety and health at work.
2 - To identify variables that determine the management processes in hotel organizations.
3 - To understand the operation of hotel facilities in their various aspects.
4 - To identify and select risk analysis and management models.
5 - To acquire skills on fire risk in hotel buildings. Identify preventive measures against the risk of fire and explosion.
6 - To characterize and identify sources of risks and use the appropriate techniques in order to reduce accidents at work.
7 - To understand the relevance of methods for the design of workstations and work systems, adapting them to the user.
8 - To provide knowledge and tools to help manage a hotel organization in promoting health and safety at work.
