Overall objectives:

1 - Knowing the most relevant legislation in the context of tourist developments, starting with the transmission of knowledge about the basic notions of law and then introducing knowledge in terms of tourism legislation, namely, the attributions and competences of the main agents in the tourism sector, the legal regime of installation, operation and operation of tourist enterprises; the local accommodation regime; the legal framework for setting up, operating and operating travel agencies; the legal regime of the complaints book.
2 - Understand the meaning and importance of the concept Ethics in the context of companies and tourism systems.
3 - Understand the basic principles of accessibility in tourism systems.

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
Classification Type: Quantitative (0-20) Teaching eminently practical, through the analysis by the students of law and resolution of practical cases. Assessment: 2 exams (50% + 50%), who does not have a minimum grade of 10 (ten) will have a final exam (100%).
