Overall objectives:

1 - Acquisition of skills on the legal framework of activities associated with the use of new information technologies, acquiring knowledge about the legal regimes applicable to hiring, advertising and marketing in this digital age, and the necessary safeguarding of consumer rights and protection of personal data .

1.2 - The sources of Informatics Law
1.2.1 - Legal norms and their characteristics;
1.2.2 - International, community and international sources.
2 - Privacy and Legal Protection of Personal Data:
2.1 - Framework of the problem: technological revolution and globalization of information;
2.2 - Fundamental principles;
2.3 - Legal Data Protection Regime - the General Data Protection Regulation;
2.3.1 - Notion of personal data;
2.3.2 - Notion of processing personal data;
2.3.3 - Principles of processing personal data;
2.3.4 - Sensitive personal data;
2.3.5 - Rights of the holder of personal data;
2.3.6 - Obligations of the person responsible for the processing of personal data;
2.3.7 - Consequences of the personal data breach;
2.3.8 - Supervisory authority - National Data Protection Commission (NDPC);
2.3.9 - Sanctioning regime.
3 - Intellectual/industrial property - concept, notions and legal regime:
3.1 - Framework and relevance of intellectual / industrial property;

5 - Consumer rights:

6 - Distance contracts and e-commerce:

6.1.1 - Requirements for distance contracts celebration;
6.1.2 - Right to repentance.
6.2 - Legal regime for electronic commerce:
6.2.1 - Notions and requirements;
6.2.2 - Consumer protection in e-commerce.
7 - Computer-related crimes:
