Overall objectives:

1. Know and describe the main communication technologies and architectures between computers and other devices connected to the network;
2. Understand the operation of the TCP/IP architecture and the communication services supported by this architecture;
3. Understand the operation of network equipment and the purpose of using this equipment;
4. Have knowledge and identify the physical means of transmission used in computer networks.

Practical Work - 30% of the assessment (minimum grade 9.5)
Mini-test (IP Addressing) - 30% of the assessment (minimum grade 8)
Frequency - 30% of the assessment (minimum grade 8, which can be recovered in Appeal)
Presentation - 10% of the evaluation
