Evaluation Methodology:
The assessment goes beyond merely attending a scientific event or reading a scientific article (selected by the student), and requires students to demonstrate theoretical depth and a capacity for critical analysis. The critical appraisal should contain: Summary of the conference/scientific article; Relation to the theme of the postgraduate course and the knowledge acquired; Most relevant contributions to the postgraduate field of study; Strengths and weaknesses of the chosen conference/scientific article; Personal reflections on the experience. Assessment criteria: Capacity for synthesis and analysis; Depth of discussion; Relevance of criticism; Clarity and cohesion of writing;
