Activity “Love is urgent!” part of the Valentine’s Day celebrations - WellBEING Practices 3.0
O WellBEING Spot de Artes, inserido nas Práticas WellBEING UMa, possui como intuito a utilização das Artes como fator de Promoção do Bem-estar e da convivialidade entre os participantes.
Neste âmbito, convidamos todos os alunos da UMa participar na atividade "É urgente o Amor!", dedicada ao Dia de São Valentim, entre os dias 10 e 17 de fevereiro, no piso -1 do Campus da Penteada.
Esta atividade tem como objetivo abordar temáticas como o amor e a amizade, bem como promover a Literacia em Saúde Psicológica, através de momentos de expressão e de leitura de diferentes tipologias e intencionalidades ligadas a estas temáticas, num espaço de interação e convívio entre estudantes da UMa.
A atividade é de caráter gratuito para os estudantes da UMa.
