Biographical Notes
Luís Filipe Sardinha holds a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences (Management) from the University of the Azores (2023). His academic and professional career is characterised by interdisciplinarity and a strong dedication to knowledge, bridging the fields of management, health, and higher education.
He is currently an Assistant Professor (Visiting) at the University of Madeira, where he has distinguished himself as a lecturer and researcher, fostering critical thinking and scientific production in the areas of management and the role of the individual in contemporary society. His main research interests include management, marketing, leadership, time management, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has taught a wide range of courses, including entrepreneurship, team management, marketing, tourism marketing, accounting, and business sociology, always with the aim of preparing competent and dynamic professionals.
Alongside his teaching activities, he serves as Associate Editor of e3 ? Journal of Economics, Business and Entrepreneurs and is a member of several editorial scientific boards of indexed journals. His trajectory reflects a constant reinvention and a firm commitment to teaching, research, and the dissemination of knowledge, combining expertise in business sciences with a humanistic sensitivity acquired through his background in health.
