Overall objectives:

1 - The student will be able to understand the basic principles underlying the strategic management of the firm, namely through (i) the undertaking of internal and external analyses (of the firm and its business setting) and (ii) the deployment of the models, tools, and techniques in order to effect the firm's strategic problem-solving.

Evaluation Methodology:
Theorizing of relevant concepts and themes and theory-based analysis of empirical studies. Evaluation scheme: 8 practical works (50%) and 2 essays (50%). Reassessment period: final exame with waited score of 100%.
