1 The student should develop a general perspective on the functioning of organizations, based on a systemic approach of socio organizational phenomena.
2 The student will learn to identify and understand the different processes that exist in organizations, namely, the individual processes, group processes (or social) and organizational processes and management.
3 The student should be able to contribute, through their action, to the increase of the efficiency of people in the organizations, based on the knowledge and skills they acquire about the various processes that exist in organizations

Evaluation Methodology: The unit has a set of theoretical (AT) and practical lectures (ATP). In the first ones (AT), the theoretical platform of the course is exposed and discussed by the professor (with the active participation of students), while in the others classes (ATP) are discussed cases/ situations and solved exercises related to behavioral processes (individual, group and management processes). The theoretical and practical component of the unit it will provide an environment of reflection and a contact with concrete behavioral processes to the students. In the evaluation process, the students are confronted with issues from the unit, through which they will have to denote skills of analysis, synthesis, interpretation, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
