Assesssment methods and criteria:
Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)
Teaching methodologies: - Lectures; - Solving exercises; - Practical work in laboratory and simulation; - Projects. Evaluation: Mid-term exams are intended to assess the two main parts of the course. Laboratory work: assessed through papers and short discussion during class. Allow the student to develop project, writing, results presentation, information sorting, oral communication and team work skills. Two of the practical works have characteristics of small projects, they allow the students to develop autonomous work in the presence of a real world problem. Students must deliver a report and stand up for the solution they propose. Mid-Term exams/Exam: 60%; Projectos: 25%; Laboratories: 15%.
