Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
The UC's theoretical-practical platform will be exposed (by the teacher) and discussed (with the students participation) during ATP classes. Cumulatively, students should develop theoretical-practical application activities on HRM, according to the teacher's guidelines. The application activities aim to actively involve students in classes and provide a favorable environment for analysis and discussion about UC program contents. The evaluation system will combine the classification obtained by students in two individual frequencies (2*50%=100%). Students with a final average equal to or greater than 9.5 values will be approved. At all times of evaluation the minimum score criterion (8 values) applies.
