Overall objectives:

1 - Deepen advanced knowledge through the development of an audiovisual communication project.
2 - Deepen knowledge on evolved methods and tools in areas of audiovisual communication and design.
3 - Develop relevant solutions in the use and combination of technical means, processes and concepts in these areas.
4 - Develop competencies to create audio-visual communication through photographs, short films, musical videos and other hybrid productions related to design and visual arts.
5 - Develop a functional production through research and creative experimentation, applied to different sociocultural contexts.

2 - Pre-production.
3 - Works supported by praxis and critical concepts.
4 - Research and selection of technologies and processes suitable for the project.
5 - The development and production of a photography and video project.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
1. This CU adopts the 'C' Assessment Model. 2. The course will consist of two main assessment components: continuous assessment (20%) and the two practices of audiovisual communication projects (40%) and photography (40%). 3. Being of a more practical nature, students are expected to regularly apply laboratory tools and techniques and create evidence for the development of their projects. 4. During the different phases of the project, students are expected to make progress and demonstrate autonomy. 5. Students will be evaluated on their ability to: pre-production - previous studies, planning and justification; production and post-production of the chosen video format or photographs - presentation and public dissemination.
