Evaluation Methodology:
The curricular unit consists of theoretical-practical classes (ATP) and tutorial guidance (OT). In the classes (ATP) the theoretical-practical platform of the CU will be exposed (by the teacher) and discussed (with the participation of students). Cumulatively, students should submit thematic papers on leadership, according to the teacher's tutorial guidance. The thematic presentations of the students aim to actively involve them in the classes and provide a favorable environment for the research and operationalization of leadership in the students. The evaluation is done in a periodic evaluation system, which combines the classification obtained in two presentations made by the students in the classes (2*50%=100%). All students will participate in two presentations. Students with a final average equal to or greater than 9.5 values will be approved. At all times of evaluation the minimum score criterion (8 values) applies.
