Overall objectives:
                                         0 - The purpose of this course is to prepare students for the important task of leading and motivating employees and managing their teams. The syllabus of this course aims to:
 1 - Analyse the most recent developments in the scope of organizational change management and the respective leadership;
 2 - Provide students with a practical and current view of leadership, in all its components, providing the application of a practical model;
 3 - Make available to students a set of specialized information sources, knowledge and tools through which they can monitor these topics in organizations/companies;
 4 - Likewise, to provide in practical simulation the application of different models of change management and team management in organizations;
 5 - Provide a set of solutions for them, namely through the practice and learning of "Case Methods", which will be presented and monitored in practical classes.
