Applied Science and Development in Football: From Elite Performance to Health and Inclusion
Esta conferência, surge com o intuito de complementar e aprofundar a formação de estudantes, docentes, investigadores e técnicos desportivos, sobre o impacto da ciência aplicada ao futebol, desde a sua vertente de elite, até ao seu papel na saúde e na inclusão social. Neste sentido, esta conferência representa um importante contributo formativo, nomeadamente no conhecimento científico e nos instrumentos tecnológicos que podem ser utilizados para maximizar o desempenho desportivo e minimizar o risco de lesões, assim como, reconhecer o impacto e como o futebol poderá ser utilizado, como ferramenta de inclusão social e de promoção de saúde e bem-estar.
