O WellBEING Spot de Desporto, inserido nas Práticas WellBEING UMa, possui como intuito a utilização do exercício físico como fator de Promoção do Bem-estar e da convivialidade entre os participantes.
Neste âmbito, convidamos toda a comunidade académica a participar na atividade "Juntos em rumo ao novo semestre..." (caminhada, convívio e contemplação do Pôr-do-sol na Praia da Calheta) no dia 25 de janeiro 22 de fevereiro, sábado.
O ponto de encontro será no hall de entrada do Campus da Penteada às 15h00 e o regresso pelas 20h00.
A atividade e o transporte são de caráter gratuito para os estudantes da UMa, no entanto existem vagas limitadas. Para mais informações consulta o link de inscrição ou contacta-nos através de email: servico.psicologia@mail.uma.pt.
