Na fase final do ano académico é normal sentirmo-nos mais cansados, sobrecarregados, com menos energia, mais stressados e mais preocupados. Nestes momentos, para conseguires alcançar os objetivos a que te propões, é ainda mais importante cuidares de ti e do teu Bem-estar! Neste sentido, convidados todos os estudantes da UMa a participar no Workshop "Mindfulness", realizado pela Dr.ª Barbora Vlčková no âmbito no Programa de Promoção da Saúde Mental da UMa.
