Nota Biográfica

Doutorado em Psicologia das Organizações, do Trabalho e dos Recursos Humanos e Consultor de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, com especialização nas áreas de Seleção de Pessoas e da Gestão do Desempenho no Trabalho e Desenvolvimento de Competências Profissionais. Realiza investigação centrada na análise dos determinantes psicológicos da inovação e desempenho humano no trabalho, bem como em domínios de realização relacionados, como os contextos académicos e desportivos.
