Overall objectives:

1 - Acquisition of some basic notions of Law, in order to know how to interpret and apply the legislative framework regulating the tourism and hotel sector in Portugal.

3 - Private property.
4 - Law and Tourism.
5 - Public tourism policies.
6 - Statute of Tourism of Portugal, IP.
7 - Legal regime of tourism enterprises.
8 - Legal regime of local accommodation.
9 - Legal regime of travel agencies.
10 - Legal regime of the complaints book.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
Teaching eminently practical, through the analysis by the students of law and resolution of practical cases. Assessment: Midterm exam (100%), who does not have a minimum grade of 10 (ten) will have a final exam (100%).
