Assesssment methods and criteria:

Overall, the teaching methods implemented in this UC focus on student?s learning paths. Active methodologies and diversification of activities are privileged, including (i) dialogic exposition of contents; (ii) critical observation of corpora; (iii) research analysis; (iv) mobilization of acquired knowledge to solve various tasks. Self-regulation of learning is also promoted, through training instruments designed for this purpose; in this way, the aim is to make each student progressively aware of the knowledge being built. Summative assessment takes into account two assessment elements, consisting of a written work with oral presentation (50% of the final grade) and a written test/test (50%). The Appeal Exam grants the student the possibility of recovering the lowest negative score obtained during the semester.
