Overall objectives:
1 - The aim of the course is to provide students with a theoretical and practical perspective on crisis communication, with the aim of developing strategic skills for analyzing and managing crisis communication in the digital context. Specifically, it aims to

3 - Identify different types of crisis and their potential impact on organizations and stakeholders.
4 - Analyze real-world case studies to understand the factors that contribute to successful and unsuccessful crisis communication.

Evaluation Methodology:
The course will employ a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote their learning. These include case studies, group discussions and short presentations. Students will have opportunities to analyze crisis communication theories and strategies in real-world scenarios, developing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Interactive activities and practical exercises will be integrated throughout the course to reinforce key concepts and their practical application. Assessment Presentation of a Case Study Analysis (100%): Analyze and present a real-world crisis communication case. It should include a crisis communication plan, proposed by the students, which responds to the damage to the organization's public image caused by the crisis.
