Course Information

Course Objectivs

1 Acquire fundamental concepts of Statics of Structures: forces, moments, resulting of system of forces, equilibrium, internal forces in bars, internal forces in trusses, internal forces in beams, geometry of mass

2 Apply the knowledge acquired in the projection of the basic elements of the structures on the basis of principles of classical mechanics

Evaluation Model: A
Evaluation Methodology: Normal Season - Realization of two tests; minimum classification of each test: 8.0/20.0. In Season of Appeal (and the Special Season), all components of evaluation of the Normal Season are fully recoverable, ie, examination of Appeal season (and the Special Season) is necessarily performed to 100%. Students who achieve a grade (Regular Season / Appeal / Special) of at least 18.5 must undergo the oral examination to qualify to obtain a final grade of more than 18 values (if they do not, the final grade is 18).
