Course Information

Course Objectivs

Characterize the Educational Psychology and its relevance in the educational field;

Understand and know the characteristics of different stages of physical, cognitive, interpersonal, and moral development, and point out the educational implications;

Understand and know the different processes involved in learning;

Understand the specificity of the educational processes and their interaction with the processes of development and learning;

Understand the concept of intelligence and reflect on the importance of development in educational contexts;

Distinguish different categories of psychological research in education.

 

Evaluation Criteria

1 The elements of assessment are:

Written test (50%, individual, recoverable)

Critical  Review (30%, individual, recoverable);

Practical work (20%, group, non-recoverable).
2.The students to undergo evaluation during term time should have a minimum attendance of 75% of classes, except students with the status of worker-student;
3 The final grade is necessarily the three time points. If a student obtains a grade below 8 values in some of these
